Aren’t we all Migrants?

It’s stunning! To realise that anybody who feels he or she is the real inhabitant of a location, is just a migrant.

We migrate constantly!

From the cities we born in, to the ones we live in.

From cities we got hurt, to ones we fell in love.

We migrate for knowledge! We cross borders, to know about ourselves and others.

We migrate from fear to security!

We migrate to danger to defend our homes!

We migrate from the comfort of our simple lives to itchy dreams!

We migrate from our parents’ homes to make new ones.

Who is not a migrant? Have you thought about that? Or let us ask this question, what creature is not a migrant?

Animals migrate seasonally! It is part of their natural cycle, From Salmon in the sea to Flamingo in the sky.

Our creations migrate! Products migrate, Ideas, religions, food and whole cultures.

We migrate from the land of the living to the realm of the dead, and vanish from here forever.

We migrate loved ones for a chance to a better life, a life we could not get ourselves.

We migrate to be who we are? Love, who we want to love, worship who we want to worship, and be whoever we want to be.

We migrate.

Don’t believe those who tell you that migration is a problem.

Migration is us.

We are nations of migrants.

Our genes are proof.

Our languages are proof.

Our skin colors are proof.

Our Art? Our laws? Our sciences? Our wealth? Our history?

We are Migrants.

Media and Right-Wing frame the world as a battlefield, try to keep the world as a skirmish ground where the locals go against the migrants.

Yesterday, it was the Jewish!

Yesterday it was the Irish!

Yesterday it was the Polish!

Yesterday it was the Romanians!

Today it is the Muslims

Today it is the Arabs

Today it is the Uighur

Today it is the African

Today it is the LGBTQ

Today it is the Latino

There will always be a group against migrants, and it will never end.

Migrants is the idea of change, and change is the only constant in humanity.

Change … is unavoidable.

It is time to understand that we as humans are, nothing, but a bunch of Migrants, a change agents

Justice is what we need to live , Mercy is all we need to exist.

Justice must wear the crown of Mercy to rule over humans, “The migrants”.

Simply, We are Migrants of Mercy.
